Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing RUDOR. We take immense pride in crafting our artisanal chocolates and millet brownies. To ensure they reach you in perfect condition, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. PICK-UPS

       
If you are opting for a pickup then there is no charge and the exact pickup location will be sent to you via WhatsApp.              For time sensitive orders, kindly contact at (+91 9130071000) for an exact time ready to pick up order.

2. DELIVERIES

      2.1 Shipment Processing Time

          - All orders are processed within [e.g., 1-2] business days.

          - Freshness First: To avoid your treats sitting in a courier warehouse over the weekend, we typically ship orders                        from Monday to Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday afternoon may be shipped the following Monday.

           - Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or National Holidays.


      
2.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

            Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

            Standard Shipping (India): [e.g., 3-5 business days] — ₹200
            Local Delivery (Panchkula, Chandigarh, Mohali): [e.g., 24-48 hours] — ₹100.

            Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen logistics issues or extreme weather.

      2.3 Temperature-Controlled Packaging

           
Because we use high-quality Belgian Couverture chocolate and no artificial hardeners, our products are sensitive to              heat.

           During warmer months or for long-distance transit, we use insulated packaging and gel ice packs to maintain a                        stable temperature.

           We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package immediately upon delivery to prevent it from                  sitting in the sun.


     2.4 Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

             
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking                                number(s). The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.

      2.5 Delivery Areas

            
Currently, we ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes;                 a physical street address is required for all deliveries.

      2.6 Damages & Melted Products

           
RUDOR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the fault lies with the carrier. However, we                care about your experience:

            
If your order arrives severely damaged or melted, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

           Action Required: Take a photo of the product and packaging and email it to hello@rudor.in within 2 hours of                           delivery. We will review your claim for a replacement or store credit.


     2.7 Incorrect Shipping Addresses

           
Please double-check your address. RUDOR is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete                         addresses provided by the customer. Any additional shipping fees for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the                    customer.
